Suki (pronounced Sookie) came into our care after flying from Broome on 16/12/19. Suki has a spiral fracture in her back left leg that is estimated to be 1-3 months old.

Due to the complexity of the fracture and the age of the injury, we are not yet sure which treatment path will work. We have started by trying to save the leg, at a cost of $2500. If this fails, Suki will need her leg amputated which will increase her vet bill even more.

At this time we are waiting to see how the pin helps her leg and hoping that amputation will not be required. If you can spare a few dollars to help with Suki's vet bills we would be really appreciative.
