Meet Simba

Simba is a 6-year-old Chihuahua with a big personality packed into a little body.

Simba was a much-loved family member, but sadly his owner passed away. He hasn’t come from neglect or a difficult background — he has simply found himself needing a new home through no fault of his own.

Simba is the class clown. He’s confident, energetic, friendly and always ready for something exciting to happen. On walks, he believes absolutely everything needs to be sniffed and investigated. Every tree, blade of grass and interesting smell deserves his full attention!

He’s friendly with people and generally just wants to make friends. When meeting other dogs, he can be a little wary initially, but once he’s comfortable, Simba would much rather lick everyone and start a game.

He is crate trained, good with cats and friendly with other dogs.

He is happy to be left on his own while his people are at work, but if you work from home, Simba would be more than happy to keep you company from your lap or at your feet.

Simba would likely be happiest with older children and a family who will enjoy his cheerful, affectionate and slightly goofy personality.

He has already lost the person he loved. Now Simba is looking for someone to give him the love attention he deserves.
