Meet Nala

with a big personality and a very important job: keeping her brother Simba in line!

Nala was a much-loved family member, but sadly her owner passed away. She hasn’t come from neglect or a difficult background — she has simply found herself needing a new home through no fault of her own.

Nala is definitely the boss of her little household.

She can be a little reserved when she first meets someone and may need some time to decide whether you’re one of her people. But once she trusts you, you’ll discover a wonderfully cuddly little dog who loves being close to her favourite humans.

Nala is crate trained, good with cats and friendly with other dogs. Like many small dogs, she can be a little unsure around unfamiliar dogs at first, but she settles once she feels comfortable.

She can also be unsure of boisterous handling, so she would be best suited to a home with older, gentle children who understand that she needs respectful interactions. Once Nala knows she’s safe and nobody is going to rough-house her, she warms up beautifully.

She is happy to be left at home while her people are at work, and if you work from home, she would be perfectly content sitting on your lap or curled up at your feet.

She has already lost her person. Now she needs someone who will give her a loving home.
