Hey I’m Samson !!

Samson is a big, goofy boy with a heart just as big as he is. While his size might look a little intimidating at first, it doesn’t take long to realize he’s really just a gentle sweetheart who wants to be your best friend. Samson is a total softie who loves attention and being close to his people.

He enjoys his walks and loves sniffing out all the interesting spots around the neighbourhood. Samson can happily head out for a stroll, but after about 30 minutes he’s usually ready to head home and relax. His favourite way to unwind is stretching out on his mat or relaxing on soft grass in the sun.

Samson loves pats, scratches, and brushing, and is even surprisingly relaxed about bath time. He already knows how to sit and has a calm, easygoing nature around the house. He’s fully house trained and has had no accidents in care.

Toys don’t interest him too much, but he does have a soft spot for his stuffed animal. Samson loves being close to his people and will happily keep you company around the house.

He’s not much of a jumper, but Samson is a strong boy, so he’ll do best with a confident handler and a home with a secure yard. He enjoys his walks but is just as happy settling in for a relaxed afternoon once he’s had a bit of exercise.

Samson is naturally alert and protective of his home and will let you know if someone unfamiliar comes near the yard. He’s generally quiet around other dogs otherwise, but would do best as the only dog in the home where he can soak up all the love and attention. He would suit a home with children aged 15+ who understand how to be respectful around dogs.

Samson is blind in one eye, but you’d hardly notice — it doesn’t slow him down at all.
