Big Boy Oinksy

Our big beautiful boy Oinksy, is tall dark and handsome. Has lovely fluffy ears and comes running when he sees you as hoping you have food and more food. He likes to talk to you with lots of Oinks hence his name. Oinksy loves his pig pellets and fruit and doesn’t mind vegies but will leave them to last if he has a choice. He gets hay also and if doesn’t eat it all will make a bed out of it in his enclosure so it is nice and comfy to lay in at night.

Oinksy is looking for his forever home where he has plenty of space to roam. As he is big and strong you will need to have very secure fencing to keep him in. We have lined his enclosure with metal sheeting which works well. Metal railings would work fine too.

Oinksy loves to be sprayed down with water when it is hot. Clean out his bath and he can’t wait to get in it. He will sit in the bath with the hose running on him then get out and move the mud around and plonk himself down in the cool water.

Oinks loves a belly scratch and will roll over on his side for one plus stretch his back leg out if you scratch the underside of it. He enjoys scratching on a post as can be seen here https://youtu.be/p8W5fUhhKbE

Is best he has a home on his own as became a bully at times with Truffles our female pig, who has since found her forever home with a lovely family.
